We provide a quote before work begins. Where a fault needs inspection, the price is confirmed on site after diagnosis and before any repair is carried out.
Installations carry a one-year workmanship warranty and repairs carry a 30-day warranty on the work performed. Warranty covers our workmanship, not damage caused by misuse, power issues or third parties.
Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. A call-out fee may apply in some cases and is always confirmed upfront.
We carry out work with care and to professional standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
